Joshua France holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace from the University of Cincinnati and brings 20 years of experience in the Geospatial industry. With over 15 years at RIEGL USA, he has played a crucial role in developing the Mobile & Terrestrial business divisions, focusing on sales, support, and training. Joshua has successfully expanded the mobile mapping market while fostering strong relationships with existing customers. Outside of his professional commitments, he is a dedicated father of two boys, a soccer coach, and a leader in the Boy Scouts.
Abby Clark (English Session)

Abby Clark holds a master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and specializes in marketing and PR at RIEGL USA, where she focuses on sharing customer success stories, building consistent brand messaging, and supporting the company’s presence at major industry events. She works closely with international teams to align strategy and coordinate global communications. Abby enjoys creating clear, engaging content and helping teams communicate effectively across audiences.
Claudio Avello (Spanish & Portuguese Sessions)

Claudio Avello holds a degree and certifications in Engineering and Land Surveying from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. From his time in the field to his roles within a sales capacity, he has acquired a vast amount of knowledge that makes him a subject matter expert. In 2019, Claudio joined the RIEGL USA team as the Regional Sales Manager for LATAM based out of Santiago, Chile. Being fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English gave him an edge within the region paired with his passion for teamwork and setting clear objectives. He is especially attuned to client needs and builds trust based upon a thorough understanding of their business to create mutual opportunities.
